In decades of painstaking manual work, senior boss Hans has realised his dream of a rustic cellar. Today, he is happy to invite guests to his refuge, where they can talk shop and laugh about wine, country and culture over a glass of "home-made wine" and South Tyrolean delicacies prepared by senior chef Hilde.

Our lovingly prepared breakfast baskets, made of South Tyrolean quality products, offer everything you need to start the day relaxed. Fresh, regional, seasonal and home-made delicacies await you. You can enjoy your breakfast in your pyjamas, in private on your own flat terrace with a magnificent panorama or under the cosy grape arbour.
