Comfortable and cosy
Our flats are furnished to a high standard and are comfortable and cosy, so that you feel completely at ease during your holiday in Eppan Berg. Underfloor heating, wooden floors made of local oak and modern porcelain stoneware floors provide the special feel-good factor. In addition, all our flats have large private terraces where you can let your gaze wander over the Überetsch, all the way to Bolzano and the Dolomites. Villa Montis is the ideal place for rest and relaxation but also the perfect starting point for varied hikes and excursions.
Flat Schwarzhorn
For 2 persons
1st floor - south-east facing - 34 m² and 30 m² terrace.
This cosy flat not only has a breathtaking 30 m² terrace that is directly accessible from the sleeping area, but also a romantic panoramic window that invites you to read, relax and "look into the mountains". The spacious bathroom with rain shower leaves nothing to be desired. The flat is ideal for 2 people, possibly also possible with a small child.
